This will be detailed in your booking confirmation via email, but as a minimum you will receive plenty of clubs of varying size, balls, scorecards, pencils, and a team member to oversee the activity at all times (Weddings)
 
If you can hold a Mini Golf club you can play on our course, Big Kid (adult) supervision is recommended.
 
We will generally run the Mini Golf 2U courses in any weather conditions apart from strong winds and instances of lightening. If those conditions occur, we will temporarily suspend the running of the course on safety grounds. And if bad weather is forecast, we will liaise with you or your venue beforehand and try to come up with a second plan.
 
Definitely! Our Mini Golf 2U courses are fully mobile and break down into 1 metre square interlocking astro grass tiles making access to your site extremely easy.
 
We can adapt our course to suit most areas. For the full 18 holes we require a flat area about the size of a tennis court, but can obviously spread this out to a larger area for maximum effect. We can set up on short grass, or on hard ground such as concrete, tarmac or paved areas. As the Mini Golf 2U courses are made up of individual holes it can be laid out in a variety of shapes such as long straight runs, L shapes, etc. so we can fit into most spaces.
No, if your garden or event is on a smaller scale or your venue doesn’t have enough space, we have a variety of packages available ranging from 4 holes up to the full 18 holes.
 
Yes, there are no restrictions on taking pictures while playing on Mini Golf 2U Courses. The whole idea of this concept is to create memorable moments don’t forget to upload to our Facebook pages.
 

To secure any booking we require 50% deposit (please note that all deposits are non-refundable). The balance of the booking is due 7 days before the event. We will send an invoice to your chosen email address with instructions how to send payment.
Please the booking will not be confirmed until the 50% deposit is paid.

A team member will arrive approx 30-40 mins before your booking time and set up the course at your chosen address, they will run though the terms and conditions and provide you with a copy then they will leave you enjoy yourself. At the end of the booking the team member will return and dissemble the equipment and take away. This will last for approx 40-50 mins depending how many excited people are talking to them.
For wedding and events hiring a team member will arrive approx 1 hour before your booking time and set up the course at your chosen address or venue. The team member will supervise the course and interact with your guests. At the end of the booking the team member will return and dissemble the equipment and take away. This will last for approx 40-50 mins depending how many excited people are talking to them.
All our Team members are Enhanced DBS/CRB checked and first aid trained.

Yes, if you have any idea of customising the course, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to suit your needs. This may incur extra charges but will be discussed prior to booking.
 
For the larger hires of 18 holes or our Monster 9 hole courses we require area about the size of a tennis court. For smaller courses we will adapt the course to fit the environment.
 
Although we are based in Barnstaple, we will travel across North Devon and on occasions across Mid Devon to do an event. For the South Devon area we will pass your booking onto one of our mini golf hire partners.
 
The responsibility of the condition of the courses and equipment will be the person making this booking. The terms and conditions will be sent to you before the 50% booking deposit is taken to ensure full understanding before the hiring of the courses take place. (don’t worry its not that scary)
 
Yes multiple bookings are welcome and discounts could apply as a thank you from us.
